"Fushiuki" this floating technique is how to use inner muscle.

So don't need power.

 

Some might say that if you want to be able to do Fushiuki, you have to be high level as swimmer or train muscle or need fat.

 

They are completely mistakes.

So they pulled back their body with back muscle like back bridge.

You have to imagine your movement carefully when you vomit and do back bridge.

It's absolutely opposite.

 

When you vomit, your belly dent and your back curve forward.

But

When you do back bride like a motorboat, your belly stick out and your back curve backside.
