5. The body as tool

 

Just move the center of gravity.

It is the root of sport.


Maybe you already understand that.


Well, what's your legs, what's your hand in doing sport?

I mean, how do you use that ? what's your strategy ?


Probably you could understand my theory when you saw below, if you can't read Japanese.

It can understand easier in swimming than running.

 

So the upper part of the body is a tool of pulling the center of gravity.

Aha, the lower part of the body is a tool of pushing the center of gravity.

We can understand the truth when we look at the world simply.

Push                             Pull

 

It's a pulling tool, a pushing tool each other.

 

In the upper part of the body, the movement of straight pulling the center of gravity is a good form.

In the lower part of the body, the movement of straight pushing the center of gravity is a good form.


You have to think about how to pull your hips straight with the upper part of your body.

You have to think about how to push your hips straight with the lower part of your body.

 

That's all, my theory.

It's easy, simple, and plain.


You don't need to think anything.

Just feel.

 

Sport is simple.

Life is simple too.
