7. How to use the body

 

It's easy to understand a theory.

But it's difficult to connect to a real movement with a image in your brain. 

So we have to repeat training to know and get feeling of the movement.


It's my philosophy that right-side and left-side is same because both sides always connect in the back side. 


Yes, the most simple thing is the most difficult thing.


Anywa~y,

I know some know-how of using the body because I'm a swimmer for a long time.

All kind of sport is same in base.


You might think that I have to keep flat my hips with strength.

But it's a mistake, it is the opposite effect and then you don't keep flat your hips.


You have to drain your strength.

Just use red part of muscle.

 

The other part drain the power.

Elbow, Wrist, Knee and Ankle as well, don't need power.


You might think why not to use power can move fast or can't believe my feeling.
